Summer is here and that means summer cooking.

On hot days, you probably don't want to think about turning on the oven or the stove. Luckily, the editors at New York Times Cooking have put together a list of 100 of their best recipes for the summer. They include salads, desserts, easy dinners, grilling and no-cook meals.
