The weather may be cold, but the deals are hot for winter in New York City.

NYC Winter Outing returns this week, offering deals at restaurants, hotels, Broadway and other city attractions.

Tiffany Townsend, the executive vice president of NYC Tourism and Conventions, and Paul Denamiel, a restaurant owner, joined anchor Rocco Vertuccio on “Weekends On 1” Sunday to discuss how the discounts promote local business in the five boroughs.
