Showers and storms will be likely this evening across far southern Wisconsin close to a stationary front. Most of this will end by midnight with just some lingering drizzle and light showers for the rest of the state overnight. Temperatures will fall below freezing well to the north but remain in the upper 30s and low 40s in southern Wisconsin.
Thursday will be a dreary and chilly day for most of the state with some light drizzle and showers possible at times. Temperatures will stay very chilly with highs only in the 40s.
In fact, temperatures will stay below average through Saturday with highs struggling to climb out of the 40s along the Lakeshore and low 50s elsewhere. A few showers will still be possible Friday and Saturday but most locations will stay dry during this time.
It finally looks like we'll see more sunshine on Sunday along with a warming trend as we head into next week.
