A barbeque institution in Saratoga Springs is shutting down.
The owners of PJ's Bar-B-QSA say they're turning the page, and have announced the sale of the restaurant property after more than 40 years in business.
The update comes after the restaurant shut down for the winter back in October of last year.
The owners thanked the Saratoga community.
They say they'll still hold onto the restaurant's trademarks and logo, and could license them in the future.
