MILWAUKEE — After a Milwaukee police officer died following a shooting on Thursday, local officials and organizations are reacting.
The Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) said Police Officer Kendall Corder, 32, died on Sunday. Corder was one of the two MPD officers who were shot on Thursday night while responding to a call about a person with a weapon who was firing shots.
The other officer was released from the hospital on Saturday.
