EDWARDSVILLE, Il.—Salt and Smoke is adding a restaurant in Edwardsville, Ill., later this year, the first one east of the Mississippi River.
The BBQ restaurants are already in St. Charles and five other locations in the St. Louis area. A seventh will open later this summer in Kirkwood, Mo.
They posted the announcement on social media stating that the new spot would have two patios.
Salt and Smoke’s menu includes pork, brisket, ribs, chicken, fish and more.
