Over 1 in 4 Latino voters are casting their ballot for the first time this November, that's according to UnidosUS – the largest Hispanic civil rights and advocacy organization. I spoke with Clarissa Martinez De Castro - their Latino Vote Initiative Vice President – about what drives this voting block.

Here in Texas, Hispanics continue to be the largest ethnic group. And as our Blessing Iwuchukwu shows us, this translates to a high demand for bilingual election workers this election season.
