ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- A trial date has been set for the suspects in the murder of Penfield man, Craig Rideout.
Rideout's estranged wife Laura, her boyfriend Paul Tucci, and two sons, Alex and Colin are scheduled to be arraigned on second degree murder charges on Monday.
The trial for all four begins June 20th.
They were previously charged with tampering with physical evidence.
On the morning of July 20th, Craig's body was found dumped in a wooded area of Yates County near the town of Jerusalem.
According to court paperwork, Tucci bought a tarp, bungee cords, three bottles of heavy duty drain cleaner and a diet coke at the Hudson Avenue Walmart.
Yates County authorities said Craig's body was found wrapped in a tarp secured by bungee cords and his face disfigured by a corrosive acid.
Investigators believe he was strangled inside his Penfield home.
