TOLEDO — Democrat Wade Kapszukiewicz and Independent Roberto Torres will face off in November to be Toledo's next mayor.

In total, the race had three people running: Incumbent Kapszukiewicz, Torres and Harold Harris. 

Kapszukiewicz won the majority of the vote with over 50%, according to unofficial election results.

Harris is a long-time community activist. Torres is a Toledo native and a former staff member for two former city mayors: Carty Finkbeiner and Jack Ford.

Kapszukiewicz won reelection as mayor in 2021 with more than 68% of the votes, according to the Lucas County Board of Elections.
