DUDLEY, Mass. - Firefighters from Dudley and four other area communities knocked down a three-alarm fire at at construction business Sunday afternoon. 

Dudley Deputy Fire Chief Paul Konieczny said crews found a heavy volume of fire at the rear of Rampco Construction's main building on Schofield Avenue just before four o'clock. Konieczny said they were able to get the flames under control in about an hour, and it was mostly contained to an outdoor storage platform. 

There were no injuries to civilians, but one firefighter was treated for heat exhaustion.

The state Fire Marshal's office and the ATF were scheduled to be at the scene to help investigate the cause.
