“News All Day” looks at some of the top issues for voters in the race for mayor.

This week’s discussion centers on the needs of older New Yorkers.

An April poll from AARP found that 62% of older New Yorkers think the city is on the wrong track and 21% think it’s on the right track.

The poll also asked older New Yorkers what their top concerns were. The top responses included affordability, housing, public safety, aging in place, and retirement outlook.

Beth Finkel, state director of AARP New York, joined “New All Day” on Thursday to discuss the poll.
