ROCK HILL, S.C. -- What started as a home brewery, turned into Rock Hill's home for brewing.
With drinks barreled, poured, and canned on site, Legal Remedy Brewing proves its 24 flavors of beer are better, closer to the source.
Coming in for a drink gives guests a first taste of the newest recipes being tested for release.
If you think the beer goes down smooth, just try it with the food.
“As opposed to pairing every menu item with food, we cook with a lot of beer,” Legal Remedy Brewing's Warden of Woodsmoke, Mike Ramsey said.
Like it’s spin on a home cooked staple, the Smokehouse Meatloaf.
This isn’t the meatloaf you’ll find in your momma’s kitchen. Legal Remedy takes trimmings from it’s smoked turkey, beef brisket, kielbratsas (from The Peach Stand), pork, mixing with ground beef to bring it all together.
“We do a glaze over the top of it before we smoke it, so it caramelizes around it,” Ramsey said. “So it hits a couple different flavor profiles on your tongue.”
It’s home cooking worth leaving the house for.
