New York City has seen catastrophic flooding in recent years, brought on by increasingly powerful storms fueled by climate change.

But some advocates believe there’s an answer. One of those answers that can be found right across the Hudson River in Hoboken, New Jersey.

City Councilman Shekar Krishnan joined NY1’s Bobby Cuza on “Inside City Hall” Friday to discuss more.

He represents the neighborhoods of Jackson Heights, Elmhurst and Woodside in Queens.
