SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The former executive director of the Central New York SPCA has been indicted on dozens of charges for stealing from the organization.

Friday, a grand jury indicted Paul Morgan on multiple counts including grand larceny, falsifying business records and tax fraud.

Morgan is accused of embezzling more than $475,000 from the SPCA over five years.

Two other women have already pleaded guilty in the case.
