For the next week, the city will be at the center of the automotive industry, with the annual New York International Auto Show in town.

The show allows New Yorkers to see some of the new technology in vehicles and the latest models. Visitors can even drive some of the new cars. And once again this year, electric vehicles are getting a lot of attention.

Anchors Rocco Vertuccio and Shannan Ferry spoke with Mark Schienberg, the president of the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association, Saturday morning on NY1 to discuss the show.
